7:30 AM — Morning Catch-Up Card.
You open the dashboard and PROVRA's Catch-Up Card greets you with yesterday's wins, today's first study block, and any wellbeing alerts. Two screens, ten seconds, you know exactly what to do.
9:00 AM — Voice-log a session.
You finish a focused two-hour block on Indian Polity. You tap the mic, say "Two hours, Polity Chapter 4, executive branch, felt focused." PROVRA matches it to your syllabus, scores your focus, and updates your progress.
2:00 PM — Mid-day check-in.
Optional. A two-second stress slider on the dashboard. Helps PROVRA tune tonight's plan to your actual mental load — not what your timetable hopes for.
9:30 PM — Wellbeing check.
Three questions: how stressed are you, how did you sleep, how do you feel about tomorrow. Thirty seconds. Encrypted at rest.
11:00 PM — Plan regenerates.
While you wind down, Groq writes tomorrow's plan based on the day you just had. If you logged high stress three days running, recovery mode kicks in automatically.
A note on philosophy
We will never tell you to study harder.
Most study apps optimise for hours studied. PROVRA optimises for sustained, healthy learning. If you're stressed, we cap your hours. If you're rested, we increase them. The goal is to reach exam day strong, not exhausted.
